Larger than the classic version, Rustichella d'Abruzzo Fusilloni measure 6 cm in length and 1.8 cm in width. They feature in the special collaborative recipe “Gricia a Mare”, created by Chefs Arcangelo Dandini of Ristorante L'Arcangelo in Rome and Pasquale Torrente of Ristorante Al Convento in Cetara, combining crispy pork cheek with prawns.

We recommend pairing them with rich, full-bodied sauces such as Rustichella d'Abruzzo's Porcini Mushroom Sauce, finished with a drizzle of Rustichella PrimoGrano INTOSSO Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
